Our services include the following:
- assist at homes of those relocating, downsizing or moving to retirement homes
- home clearance and management for insolvent estates, deceased estates on behalf of families
- recording and photographing of all possessions
- identify / sort items of potential commercial value
- identify items of personal / sentimental value or heirlooms, and ship to heirs as required
- for remainder, organise to sell / auction / donate to charity
- arrange and oversee maintenance / repairs, post-occupation cleaning, organisation and sanitising of premises
- arrange packing and/or sales and donations of personal belongings
- opening and closing of relevant accounts (phone, licences etc); attend to essential paperwork
- pet interim care, re-homing and/or relocation
- liaise with trustees / executors / estate agents
- arrange locksmith services
- ad hoc and special request needs specific to each circumstance
- legal services arranged on request
- liaise with other specialist services as and when necessary
We operate in Northern Johannesburg, including Sandton, Randburg, Dainfern, Lonehill, and will consider other locations.
